Without much fanfare BlondeAmazon and Native Ozzie got 99 Firemaking. Both of us never felt this cape took any skill whatsoever to accomplish 99. It mainly required countless hours of lighting logs. We did some evil trees, used the adze to burn some logs that we woodcut but more often it was just incredibly boring lighting logs as we did here in oo’log to “master” this skill.

We did this one emote and promptly put this cape away in the house. We consider this cape to be pretty nooby and not much of a challenge to obtain.

99 Crafting didn’t seem that hard to get. Everyday I have been collecting my 64 battle staffs after getting Varrock 3 Armor. The Pak Yak and it’s 30 inventory spots made making air orbs easy.

I also collected sand from Bert usually when I was by to do a clue in Yanille. I would speak to Arhein and pick up my 80 seaweed daily while planting crops in Catherby.

Talk about timing. We got the level at the same exact time Some friends were on hand to help celebrate the occasion.

Also interesting point is that with the crafting cape you no longer need that ugly brown apron to enter the crafting guild. All you need to wear is your pretty new 99 Crafting Cape

Davil35 has been a friend of mine on runescape for a long time. I was glad to be a part of celebrating the great accomplishment of 99 Prayer. The 99 prayer emote is my favorite of all the 99 capes on runescape.

99 prayer is an expensive 99 skill to get. The current price of dragon bones are over $3 K each. I got 99 prayer approximately one week before they changed bones to prayer x on the guilded altar. I didn’t mind that though because when it got slightly easier to get this 99 the price also went up quite a bit. I was able to one click bones at a faster rate than the pray x rate.

Skiller has been training hard, attack, hp and strength are all at 99 and now 99 defense today. Job well done Skiller.
