Dragon Chain Drop from the Kalphite Queen

Author: I still can’t believe it finally happened, the stingy Kalphite Queen finally dropped a Dragon Chain. It was Stgdoor_Joe’s suggestion in clan chat to have a clan event to Kill the Kalphite Queen. I’m sure everyone who attended was happy they did.
I have done entire Kalphite slayer tasks on the Kalphite Queen, and heard people say they have had Dragon Chain drops, but up until now the only one I had was a much harder drop from Dust Devils. It was the first time some clan members went to the Kalphite Queen, for most it was the first chain drop. It was our first Immortal Phoenix Clan lootshare.

We arrived on world 64, since our home world was offline. We immediately got a lot of mouthy attitude…I said “We can take you!” and we did just that. We fought off another group, and soon the world was ours.

Unfortunately, the KBD did not live up to the event title of KBD must die (and give us a Visage) but the Immortal Phoenix Clan did have a fun time. Nativeozzie got a total of 400 Yew Logs! Moneybroker got a kind of rare Rune 2h and 100 Yew logs, Tipp999 (Massive Loser) said he made money, Summerangel4, Dragant1, and Theraven343 also got some good KBD drops. One day I will get a group Visage.

Luck of the Irish strikes again! I got this drop after only a couple kills today at Tormented Demons. I had been trying for a few days, but I’m not one to give up easily.

Dragon Claws Drop
I was killing the Tormented Demons this morning with Native and unfortunately had to cut things short to get to work.
I took a trip back and almost didn’t get this drop. As you can see from my inventory and health, all were on low. This ranger came through and almost nerfed it. He caused the second one to attack me as well. I moved that one back into position, put on rapid heal, and continued to kill my demon. All I can say is “YES! Dragon Claws Drop!” Value of the Dragon Claws - 29 Mill

Red Dragon Egg Drop
It’s not possible to get a dragon egg drop until you have 99 Summoning. It took about 100 red dragon kills to get the drop.
